Research has shown that exposure to artificial light can suppress the production of melatonin because your body thinks it’s daytime. Try limiting exposure to electronics at night if you are having a hard time sleeping.

Symptoms of food allergies can appear right after eating the food or up to a couple of hours after. You can relieve mild symptoms with an antihistamine. If you have a severe reaction you may need an injection of epinephrine and be taken to an emergency room or call 911.
